Avery and Matthew were very nice. They did a great job while working on my car. They made me aware of any problems but didnt push to get more things done then what I came in for. I wasn't there for very long. It was quick and easy with good service 😁 Reasonable pricing and options. Also open later than most mechanic shops so I can go after work, which is really awesome.

So fast!!! Brandon & Avery & Jordan were all fantastic!! We were on the way outta town and quickly needed a change before we drove 5k miles. Super friendly and didn’t try to up sell a bunch of crap.

Waited for almost half an hour while it took 3 peolple to change the oil of another vehicle that was there. Maybe it took 3 because they were standing around flirting with a young lady. I probably would have waited but it was 95 degrees outside without the heat index. When I turned my car on to try and cool off, I was told to turn it off. I could have waited outside of the garage if it was going to be that long. Sometimes it does help to use your brain guys. Put it to some use. When I turn the vehicle back on to leave one of the attendants had an attitude. I was not rude just told them was going to leave. By no means any reason to be rude to a customer. Then when one of the other attendants was helping to guide the car out, you know so you dont fall in the hole, he stated "Will you stop. Your going to run over my manager" Wait...what? The car was not even moving and the guy was trying to help guide me out. Not sure if this guy is on drugs or what? Not a good experience. What a shame. All I wanted to do is come back when I dont have to wait over 30 minutes for a 10 minute oil change. Won't be back. Plenty of other places in East Peoria. Came here to get an oil change they forgot my washer fluid and then I came back to get an oil change top off four different times different days. They were full all four days and I Never got my oil changed top off will not be back here will always go to Washington take five. They are amazing and make sure everything is filled and ready to go and clean your windshield for free

Great team of workers. Quick and convenient. They seem to carry a low stock of 0W16 so it may be wise to call in advance if you have a Toyota. I recommend Take 5!
